These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 30bet ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 30bet platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform is operated under the brand name 30bet and is accessible at https://30bet.ws.

By creating an account, logging into an existing account, placing any bet, making any deposit or withdrawal, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

30bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 30bet will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any ambiguity, 30bet's interpretation of the relevant clause shall apply.

1.1 Scope of Services

30bet provides online casino gaming services, sports betting services, and related entertainment services. The Platform includes a game lobby featuring titles from third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt. 30bet acts as the operator of the Platform; game outcomes are determined by the respective game studios' certified random number generators and are not manipulated by 30bet.

1.2 Language

The official language of the Platform and all communications between 30bet and its players is English. All Terms, promotional materials, game rules, and support interactions are conducted in English. The 30bet platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, place bets, make deposits, or use any feature of the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 30bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. 30bet does not warrant that the Platform is lawful to use in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location. 30bet reserves the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Age Verification Process

30bet employs age and identity verification procedures to comply with responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit documentary evidence of your age — such as a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence — before withdrawals are approved or at any other time at 30bet's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

Each individual person may hold only one account on the 30bet platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 30bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all winnings generated from duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 30bet's support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

30bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address dated within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any subsequent time. 30bet will process submitted documents promptly. Accounts with pending KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the process is completed satisfactorily.

3.3 Account Currency

All 30bet accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits, withdrawals, game wagers, bonus credits, and all account balances are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are credited to your 30bet wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation in the majority of cases. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on the financial institution. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 30bet does not charge any fee on deposits made via local Bangladeshi payment methods. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

You must only deposit funds from a payment method that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using a payment method registered to another person is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. 30bet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. 30bet applies a same-source withdrawal policy to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within the timeframes indicated in the cashier. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the recipient institution.

Before a withdrawal request can be approved, your account must have completed KYC verification and your account must not be subject to any active bonus wagering requirement. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before meeting the applicable wagering requirement will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal sum.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

30bet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. 30bet monitors all transactions on the Platform for suspicious activity. Where suspicious activity is identified, 30bet reserves the right to freeze the affected account, request additional documentation, delay processing of withdrawal requests, and report the activity to the relevant authorities. Players must not use the Platform as a vehicle for any money laundering activity. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, game contribution rates, and expiry periods are stated in full on the relevant promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money balance is wagered before bonus balance in all cases unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

30bet actively monitors bonus claims for signs of abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming a bonus with no genuine intention to play, using low-risk wagering strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, 30bet reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings generated from the bonus, and close the account without notice.

All bets placed on the 30bet platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. Game rules are accessible from within each game and from the Platform's help section. In all cases, these Terms take precedence where there is any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or sport-specific rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

30bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspicion of match-fixing or event manipulation, technical errors in odds calculation, erroneous odds published due to system error, or betting patterns that suggest exploitation of the Platform. Where a bet is accepted and subsequently found to have been placed on the basis of erroneous odds, 30bet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games offered on the 30bet platform use certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available within the game information panel. The outcomes of all games are determined solely by the game provider's RNG system and cannot be influenced by the Platform or by any player action outside of the game's defined mechanics. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may vary from the final awarded amount due to the real-time nature of jackpot pools.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed from certified studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. 6.4 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. 30bet uses real-time odds sourced from its sports trading desk and does not guarantee that any odds will remain available for any specified period. Live in-play odds are subject to rapid change and bets are accepted only once confirmed by the Platform's settlement system.

By using the 30bet platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, exploit bonuses, or gather information.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, including cross-platform arbitrage designed to generate guaranteed profit from the Platform's odds.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, match, or bet.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, software bug, or system error on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are void.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, or using the Platform in any way that facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Impersonating any other person, entity, or 30bet employee.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, any other player's account, or 30bet's internal systems.
• Using the Platform while registered as a self-excluded player.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 30bet staff or other players.

Violations of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all pending bets and balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable. 30bet reserves all legal rights to recover damages from players who engage in fraudulent or unlawful conduct on the Platform.

30bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, provision of false or misleading information during registration, underage gambling, and any conduct that 30bet deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your 30bet account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the appropriate payment method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money balances will be returned to the originating payment method following successful identity verification.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, 30bet strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool. Self-exclusion removes your access to the Platform for a period of your choosing — from a minimum of six months to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests can be made through the account settings dashboard or by contacting the support team. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Balances

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 30bet for breach of these Terms — the following applies: real-money balances not subject to any dispute or fraud investigation will be returned to the player; bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited; balances under investigation for fraud or money laundering may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation and any associated legal proceedings.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. 30bet may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any pending verification requirements.
